ibrahim suffian

Ibrahim Suffian is a co-founder and Programs Director of Merdeka Center for Opinion Research (Merdeka Center), a leading public opinion polling and political surveys organization in Malaysia. 

 

Through Merdeka Center, Ibrahim has been involved in organizing surveys in Malaysia as well as in the ASEAN region including in Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Brunei, Singapore and Myanmar for multinational companies and governments. 

 

Ibrahim has extensive experience as a trusted advisor to both private and public sectors on public policy, issues management, communication and business strategy. 

 

His international experience and network bring a significant value offer for our clients with business critical insights into government policy, public opinion and business trends. 

 

Ibrahim is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and obtained an MBA from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Ibrahim was a World Fellow at Yale University in 2011.  

 

He is a regular media commentator on public policy and politics in Malaysia.
