We are delighted to have Katelijne (Kat) join the ACG team as an Adviser. Kat’s over 25 years of experience spans across business, government and NGO sectors in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Pacific, Australia and South America.
She has experience in business strategy, public policy, market research, feasibility studies, benchmarking studies and opportunity analyses for market entry to clients in domestic and international markets.
Kat defined her career early on by planning for and starting a tourism business from scratch in a foreign country, 3 weeks after arriving there. She then built this small business to a multi-award winning and profitable company, divesting it after 8 years. Since then she has provided advice in a variety of sectors, including tourism, agriculture, FMCG, climate change, aged care and other social sector related topics.
She also has experience in co-design of projects and has previously worked as a project manager and technical advisor for complex multi-million-dollar donor funded projects.
Kat has worked as a business analyst and strategy & policy expert for a wide range of clients such as the United Nations Development Programme, the Asian Development Bank, Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade, the European Union and multinational companies.
Kat’s unique experience, strategic mindset, analytical approach and business acumen will bring great value for our clients.
